Nathalie Martin and Roberto Figueroa, founding members of Enjeux Carriere, have worked together since 1996 developing career management products and services. Creators of an innovative career development tool called CARISM®, their success with clients is due to their complimentary expertise.

President
Nathalie Martin is head of Enjeux Carriere and provides companies with support in organizing, carrying out and coordinating career management programs, and in developing employee talent and re-training skills within the private, semi-private and public sectors.
Since 1990, she has developed an expertise in the field of career management with a vast clientele. Her work as a career counselor is characterized by her ability to zero in on a specific problem and directly reach the goal. In her interventions, she demonstrates professional rigor and exceptional listening skills. She takes into account her client’s passion when helping them adapt their career plans to their real needs.
Nathalie Martin holds a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Sherbrooke.
Ms Martin is a member of l'Ordre Professionnel des Conseillers et Conseillères d'Orientation et des Psychoéducateurs et Psychoéducatrices du Québec. (O.C.C.O.P.P.Q.).

 Roberto Figueroa, M. Ed., c.o.
CEO
Roberto Figueroa is co-founder and director of Enjeux Carriere, holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from McGill University and a Graduate degree in interdisciplinary studies on death from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
Since 2004, he has been responsible for CARISM's® business development and is its representative in Canada and the United States. He also trains career counselors in acquiring the skills necessary to make use of CARISM® tools.
In his functions of creator of new tools, trainer, coach and lecturer in the field of career management, Roberto Figueroa adds an international dimension to what is at stake in career development thanks to his work outside of Quebec and in other countries.
His problem-solving approach is particularly suited to resolving complex issues involving individuals and the work world. He has an exceptional talent for identifying sources of motivation in clients and for finding creative solutions to complex problems.
Mr. Figueroa offers services in French, English and Spanish.
