Clues to transform "impossible"
situations into successful outcomes

We all have clients who present multiple challenges and with whom we intervene in a less efficient way.

Stubborn dependence on certain government programs, important physical and psychological limitations or attitudes that make them anti-employable, burnouts and/or depression are some of these challenges. This range of problems sometimes makes us doubt that there could even possibly be a solution. "Impossible" these clients will often say. However, a clue to seeking a solution often points to the heaviness of these words.

Since 2001, Enjeux Carriere has been offering workshops to promote the development of intervention competencies that respond to the needs of career counselors and other workers in the field of employability and rehabilitation. Over 1100 participants from the following organizations have benefited from our training workshops::
